We left after church and a good lunch on Easter to head to the gulf coast of Alabama. It was the best time of year to go to the Gulf--not too hot (which it is most of the year for me) and not too cold. We were able to stay at a great house on a bay thanks to some really kind people. Our time there flew by, though. That's how it is when it takes you 2 days there and 2 days back.
It was nice to have a change of scenery for a little while.
I mostly can't remember all the things I was going to blog about. I'm sure there was something about never taking a boat out ever again, and there was an open letter to The Children's Place Outlet begging them to open a store nearby(can you say $1.99 sweaters?). And I can't even think of any of the other topics, but I'm sure they would have been oh so entertaining.
Since I can't remember what I was going to ramble on and on about, I'll just share some pics. Jonathan was trying to convince me he didn't have any feet, and I'm pretty sure Grandma was teaching him the engineering behind a good sandcstle. Too bad he's mostly interested in demolition...
Oh yeah, I'm sure I meant to talk about how much I LOVE my camera, too.
