When I am doing our meal planing, I often get a case of mental block. Suddenly, I can't remember what we actually like to eat. I've been cooking for someone for a good 12 years, but my recipe memory goes out the window when I'm in a crunch. That's where this page comes in. I like to keep a running list of our favorite recipes, so I can just pull it out of my binder whenever that blank moment hits. I can look over it and wonder why it's been so long since we've had fajitas since we like them so much.
