Plan Your Life printable planners and forms. They are designed to be printed on Avery #8867 labels that are 1/2" x 1 3/4" and print 80 per sheet. This PDF file is editable to allow you to print blank labels or to customize them with whatever text you would like. Again, you will need to install the free font
Bebas to make them look exactly like the ones in the picture.
